Restore your PRO purchase

If you've bought PRO before but the app isn't recognizing it — usually after reinstalling the app, switching to a new phone, or signing in with a different account — you can restore your purchase in one tap.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Photo Transfer App.
  2. Tap the three-dots menu (•••) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.
  4. You may be asked to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  5. Within a few seconds, PRO should re-activate.

Important: the restore only works if you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy PRO originally.

Android

  1. Open Photo Transfer App.
  2. Tap the three-dots menu (•••) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.
  4. PRO re-activates if the same Google account is signed in on this device.

Still doesn't work?

The two most common reasons:

  • Wrong account signed in: PRO is tied to the store account that paid for it. If you signed in with a different Apple ID / Google account / Microsoft account, the restore can't find your purchase. Sign out and back in with the original purchasing account.
  • Sandbox or test purchase: occasionally a purchase made through a test or staging environment doesn't persist. Contact [email protected] with your purchase receipt and we'll restore PRO manually.
