Cancel your subscription

PRO subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from — Apple or Google. Photo Transfer App can't cancel a subscription on your behalf; the cancel button lives in your store account.

If you bought PRO on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

  1. On iPhone or iPad: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
  2. On Mac: open the App Store app → click your name in the sidebar → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage.
  3. Find Photo Transfer App in the list.
  4. Tap / click it, then tap Cancel Subscription.

You'll keep PRO access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges will be made.

If you bought PRO on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Find Photo Transfer App.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
